Saint Seiya fue una gran idea. Mezclar signos del zodiaco, constelaciones y ARMADURAS de oro, plata y bronce fue la clave del triunfo de esta serie. Eso lo magnifica todo de cara a un chaval de 8 a 13 años (pongo esa orquilla porque ni me acuerdo la edad que tenía cuando vi esto). Argumentalmente esta serie nunca ha sido nada del otro mundo. Como dice un compañero, Saori siempre está al borde de la muerte y sus caballeros tienen que salvarla, pero la serie está contada acentuando de forma constante valores como lealtad, compañerismo, capacidad de sacrificio, tenacidad y justicia, y esas cosas se quedan grabadas en la mente de un niño.

 

Seiya a mí no me parece carismático. Nunca me ha gustado y me parece un personaje arquetipo del anime. El personaje cabezón que siempre consigue lo que quiere a base de insistencia (Naruto es otro igual a Seiya). Si se tiene que estampar la cabeza contra un muro, se la rompe veinte veces hasta que lo consigue. Realmente me gustaría que algún anime mostrara que con insistencia y con voluntad de hierro siempre no se puede conseguir todo ni ser el mejor en lo que sea. De hecho, en SS me hubiera gustado que un Caballero de Oro matara de verdad a uno de bronce. Es cierto que en varias ocasiones los bronces tienen suerte y solo por eso se salvan de la muerte ante un rival muy superior. Pero por cualquier circunstancia, siguen vivos. Lo mismo que en Dragon ball, que los resucitan con las bolas mágicas y las muertes salen gratis. Algo de dramatismo no vendría mal en alguna serie. Pero claro, el final feliz es más fácil.

 

Está claro que tanto Saint Seiya como Dragon Ball, las series de la infancia de todos nosotros, están infladas de nostalgia y por eso las tenemos en un pedestal. Si alguien de 30 años se pone ahora a ver una de estas series de cero sin saber nada, seguramente ninguna le diga mucho.

Saint Seiya is finished in 91. Anime stopped without hades. Break 11 years of silence.

Quitando las doce casas las demas es bastante repetitivo  solo cambia algo en la saga de hades pero siempre es la misma historia de que seiya despues de caer 100  veces acaba venciendo,de por si es un personaje que aborrezco para que luego habléis de carisma, parece que algunos prefieren que no salga nada de ss y que la serie

Death Note o Tokyo Ghould son buenos ejemplos de lo que comentas, donde no todo sale bien y donde el protagonista no es el mejor, más poderoso o con el poder del amor más grande.

Cierto lo de Death Note, una serie que argumentalmente es una pasada. Nunca pensé que un cuaderno de muerte como idea inicial diera para tanto. Y el final, para mí (sé que para muchos no lo es), es sublime.

 

Tokyo Ghoul no me termina de llamar. En estos últimos años estoy aficionándome a series adultas y un poco oscuras, tipo Monster, Claymore, Rainbow (ésta aún no la he empezado, pero tengo mucha curiosidad), Oyasumi Punpun... No soy capaz de ver o leer un Shonen típico. ¡Qué pereza! Ni siquiera sé si veré Saintia Sho.
