He's missing the Sapphire in many frames, since he's a Shadow God Warrior why would he have it? In support of this, various sources clearly state that the God Robe of Bud does not have Sapphire so i think it was just an animation mistake made by simply swapping colors but using the same material from Syd and they forgot to not color the slot.
