Pues a mí me ha encantado el conjunto de la definición de los rostros y la melena sin casco. Se ve clavado a como aparece en la serie pero sólo espero no salgan con otro chasco tipo Milo.

Mmm la verdad siempre quise hacerme de este caballero de plata pero viendo el desastre del rostro original lo dejé pasar y ahora este Appendix más o menos lo arregla pero vaya timo, si cuesta tanto o casi como el propio Myth y evidentemente lo adquieres sólo por la mejora de la cabeza y la melena y ya. Lástima Misty, pero temo no te vas a unir a mi estantería. Demasiado gasto.

Es bueno ver el cambio de las hombreras, en verdad tiene una pinta brutal Shaka. El aspecto de las hombreras articuladas me ha parecido todo un detallazo.

Nah, yo llegué ahí como a las 2pm más o menos. Había unas 20 personas dentro y no todas viendo a los caballeros, pues el lugar es un pasillo pequeño con vitrinas a ambos lados, y en la más grande tenían un display de consolas de videojuegos desde el Atari hasta las actuales, muy curioso. En el centro había un SNES para jugar Super Mario World y había más cola para eso jaja.

Se supone que las figuras de Pegaso V2 EX, Sagitario EX y Marin ya eran las finales, pero pues igual puede haber cambio o no. Por ejemplo, aquí las hombreras de Pegaso no se me hicieron TAN grandes como las aprecié en las fotos previas donde trae las alas acopladas.

Las Aventuras de Sherlock Holmes, de Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Bastante recomendable.

Tranquilos, ahí van. De por sí mi conexión a internet es un asco. Disculpen la iluminación, pero es que la misma en el lugar era pésima. Cabe destacar que la entrada costaba 15 pesos (algo así como 1 euro) y con ella te daban un boleto en el que debías poner tus datos de contacto, pues con él participas en la rifa de 4 figuras tengo entendido: Aries, Leo y Escorpión EX y un pack de Shaina con Cassius. No me hago muchas ilusiones pero me gustaría que mínimo DAM anunciara de manera oficial a los ganadores de dicha rifa. En fin, también había otro par de figuras ahí en las vitrinas, un Metal Build del Freedom Gundam, una de esas Figuarts Zero de Kenshin y las D-ARTS de Megaman X. Curioso. Eso sí, podrían haberse currado un poco más con las poses que dejaban mucho que desear pero bueno, ahí van las fotos: Los Sagitarios, tanto el EX como el Crown me impresionaron mucho. Al menos ya tengo reservado el primero, porque el Crown la verdad dudo mucho que alguna vez llegue a tenerlo dado su enorme precio.

Sí, olvidé mencionar que el prota es un clon de Seiya y X se supone que es un Kirin (el unicornio chino) pero se parece más a un Pegaso que otra cosa, ¿por qué será? Jajaja. Esas figuras de Takara del post de arriba son las que mencioné, todas están pintadas en metálico, pero la pintura es MUY frágil y venían con una pequeña base para ser expuestas. Hay unas 16 me parece, jamás las he visto todas juntas. El manga aquí en México tuve la fortuna de conseguirlo en sus 16 tomos publicados por Editorial Vid. Es una verdadera joya la colección. Edito. Pues vengo de la breve exposición ahí en la tienda de Gamers. En sí la estancia es pequeña y tenían en unas vitrinas a los caballeros de bronce V1 junto con Shaina y el Sagitario Crown y al fondo, los prototipos de los EX que varios parecían borrachos porque estaban de pie muy chuecos jojo. Ahí mismo estaban también las versiones finales del Pegaso V2 EX, Marin y Sagitario. Al rato cuelgo unas cuantas fotos.

La mejor de las Armaduras Divinas por mucho. Mmm, recuerdo que a este Espectro lo pedí de HLJ (con un descuento del 20 ó 30% creo) poco después de que me hiciera con el Fénix Divino y una vez lo recibí no pude evitar notar lo similares que son las armaduras jejeje (y aún más luego de haber leído el manga de LC). Total, es un figurón que impresiona aún más que las propias Divinas. Las alas son todo un pedazo de ingeniería que hay que admirar aunque son la mayor virtud y mal al mismo tiempo dado su enorme peso que limita mucho lo que puedes hacer con esta figura. En fin, es una preciosidad que recomiendo ampliamente a cualquier otro coleccionista que aún no lo tenga y esté dudando en hacerse con él. Hay 2 figuras que me encantaría ver en formato Myth Cloth, ambas de la película Tenkai-hen: - Touma de Ícaro. - Seiya (sí, OTRO) con la armadura de Pegaso que sale en los últimos segundos del filme. Ambos me parecen diseños muy chulos y bastante sencillos de trabajar, por lo que con los modelados actuales deberían de quedar espectaculares.

Pues Resident Evil 6, pero claro, conociendo a CRAPCOM nos la van a querer meter doblada con medio juego como DLC por otros 50 billetes o algo así... Y a ver si sale algo de info sobre un nuevo Dead Space pronto.

Me estaré dando una vuelta por allá mñana a eso de las 2 ó 3pm a ver qué hay. Sólo espero no haya tanta gente que ni puedas ver nada...

La premisa de B't X es casi la misma que la de Saint Seiya sólo que en vez de armaduras, los personajes usan "betas", mechas que encarnan animales mitológicos (está de más decir que son los Objects de las armaduras de Saint Seiya jaja). La historia gira alrededor de Teppei, cuyo hermano Kotaro es un genio matemático que ha sido secuestrado por el Imperio de las Máquinas y debe ir a rescatarlo. Para ello, une fuerzas con X, un beta que alguna vez fue el más poderoso del Imperio y que despierta cuando la sangre de Teppei lo alcanza en medio de una montaña de chatarra. Teppei y X deben pasar un total de 13 puntos antes de llegar a Eliah, la torre principal del Imperio donde está preso su hermano y además se esconde el beta definitivo del Imperio: Rafaello, un monstruo que amenaza con crecer sin control y devorar al planeta entero. A lo largo de la historia Teppei conoce a otros miembros del Imperio que guardan sus dudas con respecto a las intenciones del Emperador y se le unen en su cruzada, en la cual descubren que Teppei guarda en su interior el poder para vencer a Rafaello: un pedazo de Sol. El manga de esta saga consta de 16 tomos que salieron de 1994 hasta el año 2000. La serie animada apareció en 1996 con un total de 25 episodios y más tarde, 14 OVAS en 1997. Desafortunadamente, la serie animada se desvió mucho de la trama original del manga (agregando y quitando enemigos, así como modificando la historia de los personajes principales), sin mencionar que dadas sus similitudes y la prontitud con la que apareció tras la finalización de Saint Seiya, B't X siempre vivirá a la sombra de su predecesor y no recibe el reconocimiento que merece. Aún así, es una serie que vale mucho la pena ver. Recientemente el blog de Kurumada anunció algo muy extraño, acerca de estar grabando una nueva canción de B't X... ¿Un posible revival de la serie y de las figuras? Ojalá así sea.

Si a alguien le gusta Saint Seiya por ende debe gustarle B't X, a mi gusto, la obra más lograda de Kurumada (hablo del manga, el anime y en particular las OVAS se alejaron bastante de la historia) tanto en narrativa como en arte. En serio, revisen cualquiera de los tomos y el detalle del dibujo es impresionante, mucho mejor que obras posteriores, incluido Next Dimension. De esta saga existen 2 colecciones principales, una de alrededor de 15 ó 16 figuras no muy grandes de distintos betas que venían con una pequeña base para ser expuestos. Lo más característico de ellas es que traían una figura de su donador para colocarla encima del beta y la pintura metálica de estos últimos, la cual era muy frágil. La otra línea de figuras son los Solid Scan kits, que son un híbrido entre figuras de acción y modelos de plástico para armar, pues piezas como las patas, las alas o secciones de armadura del beta vienen en grapas dentro de la caja que debes separar y ensamblar al cuerpo principal. Se distinguían por tener un LED rojo en el pecho que simulaba el BreakHeart del beta en cuestión. Aquí dejo unas cuantas fotos de X, luego le haré una galería a Je T'aime. X tiene la particularidad de que toda la armadura se puede remover para dejar al beta "desnudo". Tiene bastante puntos de articulación y LEDs no sólo en el pecho, sino en los ojos, un sensor en la frente así como en las uniones de las patas al cuerpo principal. Lo más distintivo son sus alas, que cuentan con un mecanismo muy simple de deslizamiento para revelar las plumas escondidas dentro de las mismas: Las hombreras son descomunalmente grandes. La diferencia en las proporciones la podemos ver si a un Pegaso V3 le acoplamos la armadura V2 o para que quede más claro, comparar esas hombreras con las del Pegaso Broken. Nada que ver...

¡Ese Pope está impresionante! Personalmente estas figuras cabezonas nunca me llamaron la atención pero el diseño que han sacado para el Patriarca está tremendo. Sería la única figura de esta línea que planearía conseguir.
