I can understand your worry but it is hard for us to answer you precisely.
Our situation is the same as yours because we find it difficult to have answers from Nippon Yasan. You must know that LuxRoutage is only a logistics company, we don’t have any legal partnership with Nippon Yasan. Nippon Yasan are part of the 80 customers we work for but we are not involved in decisions regarding their strategy and we don’t manage their customer service.
We only know they have some trouble for importing their goods and they are handling this situation.
Everyday, we ask them some news on regards and according to them, it should be quickly solved.
So we are waiting and we also hope situation will be quickly back to normal.
